Junoon (1978)
Junoon is a 1978 Hindi film produced by Shashi Kapoor and directed by Shyam Benegal. The movie chronicles the period of 1857 to 1858 when the soldiers of the East India Company mutinied and many smaller kingdoms joined the soldiers in the hope of regaining their territories from the English. The movie is shown from the perspective of one of the leaders of the fight (Shashi Kapoor).
