Raja Mishra (Saif Ali Khan) is an unemployed youth from Uttar Pradesh, who strikes a friendship with Rudra (Jimmy Sheirgill), when he gate-crashes a wedding to escape some rivals. When Rudra’s family is attacked that night by their rivals, Raja jumps in to the rescue, much to Rudra’s admiration and gratitude.
