16 December (Hindi: 16 डिसेंबर, Urdu: 16 ÚˆÙسیںبر) is a film by director Mani Shankar, based around a plot to destroy the capital city of New Delhi with a nuclear bomb on 16 December 2001 – 30 years after the surrender of Pakistan after the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
