God only knows is a satiristical attempt towards Indian politics. Using backdrop of heaven, hell and earth director tries very hard to make the drama funny. Really funny. Slapstick funny. When Indra, the King of Gods, requests to meet a modern man, Narada and Yamraj bring him a politician. However the politician soon desires Indra’s throne for himself.
