Prasad Productions in keeping with their tradition of creating moving family dramas present ‘Shaadi Ke Baad’ a story about the strength of the marital bond to withstand all adversities.Chaudhary (Shatrughan Sinha) assures Raju (Paintal) a simple villager of a good match for his sister Shobha (Rakhee) provided he marries Chaudhary’s daughter.Raju agrees and Chaudhary in turn convinces Bhagat Ram a wealthy man to accept Shobha’s proposal for his son Shyam (Jeetendra).
